We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially for popular tours like the Saona Island day trip, which can sell out quickly during high season (December through April). Last-minute bookings may be available depending on availability.

Absolutely! We offer private tours for families, couples, and groups. Contact us with your interests, group size, and preferred date, and we'll create a custom itinerary tailored just for you.

Most of our group tours require a minimum of 2 participants. Private tours can be arranged for any group size, including solo travelers. If a tour doesn't meet the minimum, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.

Yes! We offer hotel pickup and drop-off from all major resort areas in Punta Cana, including Bávaro, Punta Cana Resort & Club, Cap Cana, and the surrounding areas. Check your specific hotel when booking.

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your excursion start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

If you miss your tour due to a flight delay or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future tour, subject to availability.

If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions (such as tropical storms or rough seas for ocean activities), you'll receive a full refund or the option to switch to an alternative excursion.

For hotel pickup tours, our driver will meet you at the lobby entrance of your hotel at the agreed pickup time. We'll send you detailed confirmation and pickup instructions via email after booking.

The Saona Island day trip is consistently our most popular and highly rated excursion — it's a full day on a breathtaking Caribbean island with white sand and crystal-clear water, plus a catamaran ride and buffet lunch. The Hoyo Azul (Blue Lagoon) at Scape Park is also a must-see.

Yes! All of our guides speak both English and Spanish fluently. Some guides also speak French, German, or Italian — please request this when booking if needed.

We recommend comfortable walking shoes or water sandals, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimsuit (for water excursions), cash for tips and personal purchases, a waterproof bag, and a camera. Specific recommendations are included in your booking confirmation email.

Many of our excursions are family-friendly and loved by children! Beach days, Saona Island, and catamaran trips are great for all ages. Adventure activities like ATV rides and zip-lining have minimum age or weight requirements listed in each tour description.

All tours are priced in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards through our online booking system. Tips are best given in cash (USD is widely accepted throughout Punta Cana).

Tips are not included in the tour price. If you enjoyed your experience, tipping your guide and driver is customary and greatly appreciated. A typical tip is $5-10 USD per person for a half-day tour and $10-20 for a full-day excursion.

Yes, most tours offer reduced pricing for children (typically ages 3-12). Infants under 3 are usually free. Check individual tour listings for specific age brackets and pricing.
