Booking & Reservations

By booking an excursion through our website, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your excursion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. If a tour is cancelled due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances outside your control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Safety & Liability

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides. Punta Cana Excursions carries comprehensive liability insurance. Participants with medical conditions should inform us before booking. Some activities have age, weight, or health restrictions that must be met prior to participation.

Hotel Pickup & Drop-Off

We guarantee pickup and drop-off at your Punta Cana hotel or resort as agreed at the time of booking. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control affect the schedule, we will communicate promptly and make every effort to minimize any inconvenience.

Weather & Force Majeure

Tours may be modified or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or full refund.
